The things teachers and heads of department ask us before they start.
It drafts; you decide. The AI proposes questions against the structure you set, and every one of them can be edited, replaced or thrown out before it reaches a paper. Nothing is printed that a teacher has not approved — that is the point of the review step, not a setting you can lose.
Yes. You choose the class, subject, strand and sub-strand, and questions are drafted against the standards and indicators recorded under them in the national curriculum — not a generic question bank with Ghanaian names pasted in. You can open the curriculum browser alongside the paper and check any question against the indicator it came from.
Your school does. Every paper, question and approval belongs to the workspace that created it, separated at the database level rather than by a filter in the interface. No other school can see your work, and your questions are not pooled into a shared bank unless you put them there.
On the Institution plan, yes. A school workspace gives each teacher their own role, keeps a shared examination bank, and moves papers through review and approval before they are finalised — with an audit trail of who changed what. On Starter and Professional, authoring is personal to you.
An email address and a browser. The Starter plan is free, needs no card, and includes AI question generation, the structure builder and PDF export, so you can author a real paper end to end before deciding whether to pay for anything.
Institution plans are arranged directly with us rather than through a checkout page, so the plan can be sized to the number of teachers and paid the way your school already pays for things. Send us a message and we will set it up with you.

ExamCraft is a product of MosTek Solutions, built in Ghana for the teachers who write this country's examination papers.
End of term arrives and the same evening repeats itself in staff rooms across the country: a teacher sitting with the syllabus on one side and a blank page on the other, building a paper question by question, checking coverage by memory, formatting it by hand.
The work is skilled and it matters — a badly built paper measures the wrong thing — but a great deal of it is not teaching. It is typing, numbering, spacing and re-checking.
ExamCraft takes that mechanical half. A teacher describes the paper they need — class, subject, curriculum coverage, structure, marks — and gets a full draft to work from in minutes, laid out to the format their school already uses.
What it does not take is the judgement. Every question arrives as a draft for review, and nothing is final until a teacher says so. The aim is to hand back the evening, not the profession.
Questions are drafted against the standards, indicators and content of the national curriculum — strand, sub-strand and indicator — not a generic question bank with Ghanaian names pasted in.
Nothing generated reaches a paper until a teacher has read it, edited it and approved it. AI drafts; the professional in the room judges. That order is deliberate and it does not change.
Every paper, question and approval belongs to the school workspace that created it, separated at the database level rather than by a filter in the interface.
ExamCraft is designed and developed by MosTek Solutions, a Ghanaian software practice working in education technology. It is built around how basic schools here actually run their terms — the classes, the subjects, the paper formats and the examination calendar — rather than around an imported idea of school.
